So the Quiz time question came up `i walk the Line' was the first hit for who, and the man in black was one of the answers, and registeres as being the correct answer

But, I Walk the Line wasnt Mr. Cash's `1st hit', it was his 1st no. 1 on the country charts and first song to make top twenty on the pop charts, but other earlier songs, notably Folsom Prison Blues and Cry, Cry, Cry had charted to what is generally considered `hit' status on the country charts.

I'd suggest the question be re-worded to include `pop charts' or possible `1st no. 1' or something.

Cheers

Also, hi everyone! new member here! Should have said gday 1st, but just got straight to playing and, y'know we're all probably a bit particular about area's of interest (I'm a musician)

Also, I couldn't find anywhere to officially notify any body in authority on these kinda quibbles, so I hope the above post is considered appropriate.

TTFN.

Hi and welcome, Earlofthercs. And here was me thinking "A boy named Sue" was my introduction to Johnny Cash. But I bows to your superior knowledge. Enjoy the puzzles.

Hi Earlofthercs,

I've asked the Quizard to look into this, but it seems like you're on the money =)

I've altered the question about Johnny Cash to reflect the fact that "I Walk The Line" was his first number one hit on the country charts. Thanks for pointing this out, Earlofthelrcs.
