Hi here a recipe I promised.

Gently melt 125g butter & 185g of DARK chocolate, when just melted, stir in 1 cup of white sugar. Remove from heat add 2 eggs, mix in one at a time. Add 1/2 cup of plain flour, (nuts &/or dried fruit if desired). Blend together but DON'T over mix. Pour into a 20cmx20cm square tin, bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 35mins. Dust with icing sugar immediately after removing from oven or let cool slightly & cover with chocolate icing. Cut into pieces while warm.

I also reheat small pieces in microwave with a small amount of chocolate topping injected/squirted into it & served with ice-cream. Yumm!!

Thats sounds so yummy, i've printed the recipe to take to the supermarket tom, my boys were drooling when i showed them the recipe, I'll let you know thier verdict, in the next few days.
